Dr Wolfenden has been working in environmental planning and town planning for over 25 years. He holds the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Economics (1stclass honours)
- PhD in Ecological Economics and Environmental Planning
- Completed advanced studies in Town Planning at UNE
- Elected to Corporate Membership of the Planning Institute of Australia
